MeJa Lee has owned Flames Gymnastics for over 15 years. As a family owned business with a minimal online presence, Flames has provided quality gymnastics training for hundreds of athletes through the years, but their DIY website and social media presence began to limit their new enrollments. MeJa recognized that it was time to bring her business up to date and solidify Flames’ place as a leader in the Arizona gymnastics community.

Our team’s initial competition analysis focused on Flames Gymnastics’ main local and national competitors in the gymnastics industry and identified the strategies those at the top of the industry use to maintain their position as an industry leaders.
Through multiple photo-shoots and filming sessions, Future Photo Group’s team created a strong, cohesive brand identity that sets Flames apart in their industry. Website traffic immediately increased substantially and Flames saw a visible increase in enrollments.
Within the first 8 months of implementing Future Photo Group’s marketing strategies, Flames opened their third location in the Phoenix metro area.
